Each tenant who is over 18 years old needs:

FICO scores over 600

Good rental references

No bankruptcies, foreclosures, criminal record, evictions

Two months of pay stubs from employer

Household verifiable income of at least 3X rent amount

Money needed for move in:

one month's rent for security deposit (due at lease signing)

first month's rent (due two days before keys provided)

$300 non-refundable security deposit if you have 1-2 dogs (no cats allowed) (due at lease signing)

Once application is pre- approved, we can schedule an in person tour.

If you would like to proceed, then we'll run credit and criminal background check. ($50 per application paid by tenant to Transunion Smartmove)

Once that is approved, you'll need to move water and electric into your name and provide proof prior to getting the keys.
